A large proportion of our soft tissue knee surgery is performed using a minimally invasive technique called arthroscopy (keyhole surgery). This involves making a small 1 cm cut on the skin on the front of the knee, one on each side of the knee joint, and very occasionally a further 1 or 2 stab incisions on the skin around the knee joint. This technique leaves very small scars and allows faster recovery following the surgery compared to conventional open techniques.
We help you live your life in full motion.
We offer total as well as partial knee replacements to patients, depending on their symptoms and levels of activity.
We routinely undertake routine and complex ligament reconstructions of the knee.
